About Gary

I am a top producing real estate agent and a Five Star Award Winner for client service. Throughout my career I have drafted, negotiated and reviewed hundreds of contracts. My past career as an attorney provides me with a unique set of skills when reviewing and negotiating a real estate transaction. As a litigator, I developed a strong ability to negotiate even under the most difficult situations. When negotiating a settlement it was always my goal to get the best possible deal for my clients, while still maintaining a good relationship with the other side so that we could complete the transaction. I live in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia with my wife and three young daughters, who all attend Meredith Elementary School. I am involved in many community groups, including as a member of the "Friends of Weccacoe" fundraising task force, whose goal is to help renovate the playground at 4th and Catharine. Originally from New York (please don't hold that against me), I moved to Philadelphia in 1993 after graduating from Rutgers Camden School of Law. As a transplant, I have grown to LOVE Philadelphia. I have lived in Philadelphia since the early 90s and have seen this city grow and become a wonderful place to work, live and socialize. I can't think of any city that offers the same amenities—restaurants, parks, theater, museums and social life—while still providing the level of affordability found here. Long before I became an agent I bought my first home, and I still have a vivid memory of the emotional roller coaster ride I took. I understand that the buying and selling of a home is one of the most significant moments in a person's life. As your agent, it is my responsibility to represent you zealously, honestly and with the understanding of how critical a moment this is for you and your family.
