I’ve lived in the Harrisburg area all of my life so I’m very familiar with Dauphin County and the surrounding areas. I graduated from Susquehanna Township High School in 1988 and went on to Bloomsburg University where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. I bought my very first rental property in 1999 and since then I've acquired several more units. I’ve seen the ups and downs of the real estate market from both sides of the table. I’ve done a lot of the work on my properties myself so I’m knowledgeable about houses from the inside out. You can rest assured that I’m familiar everything from new construction to short sales, down-sizing to relocation, investments to estate sales. Communication is very important in real estate. I will thoroughly explain every aspect of the buying and/or selling process so that you feel comfortable with every transaction.
