I'm CasSandra "Cassie" Dorsey, a REALTOR® with Hyatt & Company Real Estate, proudly serving buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters throughout Howard County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, Prince George's County, Montgomery County, and surrounding Maryland communities. Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I spent nearly ten years working for the federal government. That experience taught me the importance of professionalism, organization, and exceptional customer service. Today, I bring those same qualities to every real estate transaction, ensuring my clients feel informed, supported, and confident from our first conversation through closing. One of the things that sets me apart is my passion for education. As a Maryland real estate instructor, I believe an educated client is an empowered client. I take the time to explain every step of the process, answer questions, and provide the knowledge my clients need to make confident decisions. Whether you're purchasing your first home, selling a longtime family property, investing, or relocating, my goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Service has always been at the heart of everything I do. In addition to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, I'm honored to serve as President of Lambda Gamma Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and actively volunteer through local, state, and national REALTOR® organizations. Giving back to the community isn't something I do occasionally. It's part of who I am. When I'm not working, you'll often find me hiking, exploring local farmers markets, attending sporting events, roller skating, reading, or enjoying great music. I'm also a proud animal lover and pet mom to my three dogs, Iroh Bartholomew, Harley Jean, and Nyla Rose, and my cat, Tobias. They remind me every day that home is where we're surrounded by the people and pets we love most. My business is built on relationships, not transactions.
