Brook didn't just join real estate; she joined her family. Five years ago, after spending 20 years helping college students navigate major life decisions, she left higher education and joined the Polaris Home Team alongside her husband, Alex. Today, she's a licensed agent and the operational backbone of the team, guiding clients through every step of the process from start to finish. From the first conversation to closing day, Brook is there, keeping timelines on track and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She's deeply involved with buyers and sellers once they're under contract, turning what can feel chaotic into something manageable. Her years as an academic advisor taught her how to listen, problem-solve, and stay calm when things get complicated. One of her favorite parts of the job is helping sellers get their homes ready. Decluttering, downsizing, letting go of things that no longer serve you, it's emotional work, and she gets it. After recently helping her own dad through a major downsizing and move, she saw firsthand how hard it can be to leave a home full of memories. Now, she brings that same patience and care to every client, helping them feel supported, not rushed, as they step into their next chapter. Outside of real estate, Brook stays grounded through fitness and hot yoga. She's a homebody at heart and loves nothing more than being home with her family. But her favorite role? Being a mom. She's her kids' biggest cheerleader, just watching them figure out who they're becoming as young adults.
