For more than 15 years Amber Noble has been an award-winning Real Estate Wealth-Building Advisor, Leader, Instructor, Investor, Dynamic Speaker, Author, Master Negotiator and Serial Entrepreneur. She’s a Circle of Excellence Gold Level award-winner, helping 25-50 set of clients each year in PA and NJ, the states where she is licensed. Amber specializes in several counties, from first-time homebuyers to high net worth luxury home sales throughout both states and has had the honor of helping nearly 500 individuals and families build more than one hundred million dollars of wealth through real estate ownership. In addition, since 2020 Amber has also held down the role of Managing Broker of Record, overseeing an entire division which boasts 100 New Jersey real estate licensees (out of 800 total) within two Keller Williams Realty market centers that collectively produce nearly 3 billion of dollars per year in sales volume annually. She’s also a national, regional and local volunteer leader in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within Keller Williams, with a specific focus on helping real estate agents from marginalized backgrounds learn how to build wealth to create lifelong legacies within their families and the communities they serve. Prior to transitioning to real estate full-time in 2007 during the recession, Amber enjoyed a very successful career as marketing, brand strategy and product management executive in the Radio, TV and Music industries. Over the span of two decades she worked her way up the ladder in the 90’s from high school intern to senior level executive status. Amber was an important contributor to global sales from albums and merchandise that have amassed more than three hundred million dollars in revenue for huge companies such as the iconic Def Jam Records. She’s been a trusted key advisor to many well-known celebrities such as Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Patti LaBelle, Lionel Richie, The Isley Brothers and Idris Elba, as well as influencers on networks like HGTV. Amber has previously co-written four published, best-selling books with two new literary works on the way. Her Co-Authors include Jack Canfield (Creator of “Chicken Soup For The Soul”), Dickie Vitale (hall of fame sports TV broadcaster) and Chris Voss (author of “Never Split The Difference” and former Chief FBI Negotiator). To this day, Amber continues to own and be at the helm of I For Talent Consulting & Advisory, a business management firm where her sole client is her Business Partner, Laila Ali, whose vast entrepreneurial empire comprised of endorsements, retail products, and speaking engagements to name a few, Amber has helped to develop and oversee for the past 12 years. She has negotiated nearly 50 million dollars in business deals for her talent management and consulting clients over the years. Amber’s latest proud accomplishment is an 8-figure multi-partnership she helped forge between industry-leader At Home stores featuring the Laila Ali Collection of housewares and furniture featured at more 250 stores nationwide. As the daughter of parents who both became disabled (from COPD and stroke respectively) and as a special needs parent herself, Amber is a huge advocate for all seniors, as well as children, teens and adults on the Autism spectrum. She is also a huge supporter of devoted caregivers who wake up each day committed to improving the quality of life for their loved ones. Amber created the Noble Acts Of Kindness Foundation to support those with needs. She feels her life’s most important work is being mommy to an amazing 11 year old daughter, Leah. Amber is a Temple University graduate, she’s also been trained in Cambridge, MA at Harvard’s Advanced Negotiation program (in partnership with Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School). Amber holds a variety of specialized real estate designations.
