Tygh Campbell brings a lifetime of experience in agriculture, business, and the western way of life to his work in real estate. Born and raised in Umatilla County, Tygh was immersed early in farming, ranching, and the rodeo industry—building a foundation rooted in hard work, integrity, and attention to detail. Guided by the values of the western lifestyle—where dedication matters and a handshake still carries weight—Tygh has consistently pursued opportunities that keep him connected to the land and the people who work it. After graduating from Pendleton High School in 1994, Tygh continued his education at Walla Walla Community College, where he completed both the Farrier Science and Carpentry programs, gaining hands-on experience building a home from the ground up. He later attended Blue Mountain Community College before earning a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Regional Planning, with a minor in Small City and Rural County Management, from Eastern Oregon University. An entrepreneur at heart, Tygh co-founded Twin Flags Dist. LLC in 2007 with his wife, Sara. As a hay broker, he has successfully negotiated the purchase and sale of tens of thousands of tons of hay products, serving both domestic and international markets. Through this work, he has built long-standing relationships with some of the largest farming, ranching, feedlot, and export operations on the West Coast—establishing a proven and enduring business model that continues to thrive today. Tygh and his wife, Dr. Sara Campbell, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and co-owner of Associated Veterinary Medical Center in Walla Walla, have built both a strong family and business partnership. Together with their two daughters, Charli and Kaci, they operate a cattle and horse operation outside of Athena, Oregon, and remain deeply involved in the rodeo community. With decades of experience and trusted relationships in the agricultural industry, Tygh naturally transitioned into farm and ranch real estate—where his knowledge, network, and lifestyle align seamlessly with his clients’ needs.
