About Timothy

Originally from Las Vegas, Timothy has always been drawn to the Pacific Northwest landscape and after moving to Portland in 2006, he fell in love with the uniquely walkable, colorful neighborhoods and residential architecture that make "Stumptown" so charming. After studying business at Portland State University, he turned his focus to the real estate market and became a broker in 2015. Whether buying or selling, he has extensive local knowledge and experience navigating a myriad of challenges - and, after working over a decade in the hospitality industry, he understands the importance of full service, attention to detail and achieving his clients’ goals. Having once been new to the area, he understands the challenges of making a move and will guide you every step of the way. As a home enthusiast, he is enamored by detailed styles and has an affinity for Queen-Anne Victorians, Brownstones, English Tudors and Craftsmans. In his downtime, you can likely find Timothy out eating Costco hot dogs, indulging in craft libations, collecting rare books, throwing his back out at baseball or flag-football, petting dogs or taking a hike (with service so you can reach him).
