About Tiffany

Most real estate agents know how to list or show a house. My experience helps me understand the house, the land, the work it may need, and the transition behind every purchase or sale. With more than 30 home sales annually, I bring market knowledge—but my real estate education began long before I became a Realtor®. I spent decades developing rural property, renovating and flipping homes, working with new construction, and restoring historic houses. My preservation work received recognition from historic preservation commissions. That hands-on background taught me to see what others may miss: potential behind deferred maintenance, lasting value, and problems that should never be minimized. For buyers, this means help evaluating a property, understanding its condition and potential costs, and deciding whether it is a good fit. For sellers, it means knowing how to prepare and market a property so buyers recognize its value. This is especially helpful with historic homes, rural property, fixers, investments, and unusual properties. Years assisting a land surveyor and property developer and working with planning departments gave me practical knowledge of zoning, land use, permitting, development, and complex property questions. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, I help buyers and sellers throughout Portland, Salem, and Southwest Washington. I am experienced with inherited and probate homes, estate liquidation, downsizing, distressed properties, divorce, and investments. My estate-sale background helps families plan for preparing, clearing, and selling a property. My clients never receive a one-size-fits-all process. Buyers may need help evaluating homes, researching details, writing a competitive offer, navigating inspections, or negotiating repairs. Sellers may need pricing, presentation, marketing, contractors, staging, or creative solutions. I listen first, give honest advice, protect my clients’ interests, and remain involved through closing. Real estate is rarely just about a house. It is about family, finances, change, opportunity, and what comes next. Whether you are buying, selling, or doing both, my job is to understand the whole situation and help you move forward with a knowledgeable plan and confidence.
