I have been serving my clients' real estate needs since April 2012 and I am a full-time Realtor & an Oregon native. I can honestly say that I love real estate. My skill set allows me to protect my clients' best interests. They say that if you do what you love, you will do it well. My career in real estate has taught me that is true, and I am honored to help my clients with their real estate needs. I am passionate about my quality of service, client-satisfaction and, ultimately, the blessing of referrals from past clients. I strive to obtain repeat business with thorough communication, proven knowledge and adapting to each client's individual personality…but most importantly, it's about the results I get my clients and the trust I build with them. I'm well versed in developing partnerships, creating positive rapport with my peers, preparing documents and negotiating contract. These skills help me to get results for my clients. I have a background in Accounting, with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Portland State. My background in accounting aids me in understanding the financial aspects of the real estate market, particularly the correct pricing of my clients' homes. I am able to easily analyze data and interpret it for my clients. My attention to detail means that my clients can rest assured that their real estate contracts will be accurate.
