Having lived in Bend for the past 39 years, I understand why you would want to make Central Oregon your home as well. When prospective clients explain what is most important to them, what brought them to this picturesque region, and how they want to live their lives, I go to work with the client’s goals in mind. After obtaining my Brokers License in 2005, I worked for a busy Real Estate development office, where I gained first-hand experience in the myriad of issues that arise when dealing with new home construction, closing transactions, and day-to-day problem-solving. As a second-generation Realtor, and coming from a family of builders and developers, I possess a comprehensive understanding of Central Oregon’s Real Estate market inherent to my profession. I bring a wealth of experience to the transaction, along with strong negotiation skills and expertise in New Construction, Farm & Ranch, and Residential home sales, which is an asset to those looking to purchase and/or sell a home in the area. Diligence, integrity, and commitment are the values I live by; my work ethic is unparalleled as I believe that a job worth doing is worth doing with the utmost effort, perseverance, and attention to detail. Along with Real Estate, I also enjoy many of the outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer, be it riding my horse or playing polo, golfing, fishing, hiking, or water sports. And when I’m in need of peace and tranquility, I slip away to my organic farm where I’ve worked hard to create a little slice of paradise.
