About Melodee

My name is Melodee Davis and I am a local Real Estate Agent from the Portland Metro Area. A little about myself – I grew up in Banks, Oregon which is a small town about 25 minutes from Hillsboro. Over the years I am proud to say that I never strayed far from my roots; staying within 35 minutes of my home town and family still to this day. I started out in real estate as an Executive Assistant nearly 10 years ago to one of the area’s top selling Realtors in Portland. Through those years of hard work and mentoring, I found a love and a passion for the industry that I still possess today. When I decided to get my Real Estate License back in 2009, the economy took a major downturn. Though the date on my license was new, I was able to use my years of early industry knowledge and experience to assist buyers in taking advantage of a rare opportunity. The dream of home ownership which previously seemed unobtainable do to years of record high costs, was now a possibility. I studied all the rules & practices of buying & selling distressed properties (Short Sales & Foreclosures) and spent the next 4 years negotiating tough deals on behalf of my clients. As my career grew, so did my specialties which now include First Time Home Buyers, Relocations & New Construction. Personalized customer service is my top priority; always putting my clients’ best interest first and listening to their unique and specific needs.
