Having lived in Portland her entire adult life, she is especially familiar with the most captivating architectural styles and neighborhoods the city has to offer. Being raised by German parents and fluent in two languages has given Marika a more worldly perspective. She brings a high standard of work ethic & loyalty to her clients and community. Her career turning point came about as a result of good friends encouraging Marika to pursue her long held ambition of becoming a real estate broker. Prior to this she was a massage therapist/business owner and used her gifts to create a thriving clientele. Marika’s excellent listening skills benefited her massage patrons and now she brings this client centered approach to her real estate business. Marika has developed a niche in the housing market for those who want to purchase a property with the intention of investing.
