About LINDA

I am Linda Bolen and a Broker w/John L Scott Real Estate in Scappoose, OR. I am a lifetime resident of Columbia County and have been a licensed realtor/broker since 1978. For many years I worked as the managing broker for Prudential NW Properties Scappoose Branch, until deciding to retire as manager and focus solely on working with my clients. I take great pride in giving my best service to each home buyer or home seller, whether they are first time purchasers or sellers or returning clients that I have worked with in the past. It is one of the most rewarding elements in my job to have past clients return for future business or refer me to their friends and family for my help and expertise in their real estate transactions . It was also a great reward to be named Columbia County Realtor of the year for 1984 and again in 2003, a award voted on by fellow Realtors. As a community member I support a wide range of Columbia County program and love to be part of giving back to the community in which I live. Outside of work I enjoy traveling w/my fiancé Clair to new places or spending weekends at our home in Rockaway strolling the beach or relaxing with a great book. Visting my son Kye who currently resides on the island of Maui, or spending time with daughter Wendy, who is also licensed and works as my assistant, and her husband Ty and my 2 grand kids Riley and Austin.
