About Kathi

I was born in Georgia and also lived in Florida prior to moving to Oregon in 1996. My Southern accent is still strong and I get asked daily, where I'm from! I'm upfront and forthcoming. All I've ever known is hard work from my very first job, to being a business owner and I've owned several successful business. Shortly after moving to Oregon I received a Contractors license and although I'm now inactive, I've been involved in the building industry for years. Having built, bought and remodeled and sold homes, I have an understanding about properties and what it takes to repair and maintain, which is helpful to clients when we review home inspection reports and especially when negotiating to get repairs done.
