As a native Portland resident I've watched this city, along with Vancouver across the river change immensely over the years but the core features have remained and that is why it's such an incredible place to live. Real Estate has always been about the people involved. My interest in real estate centers around being of service and offering excellence in client care. My attributes of being an active listener and anticipating client needs ahead of time, along with a savvy understanding of the business, allows me to a true advocate for my clients throughout the process. Real estate is an all encompassing process that requires tenacity and skill but the best practice of real estate is being able to truly walk with my clients through the process and understand the unique needs and circumstances and find a way to tailor and curate the experience. I keep up with our ever changing market and offer strategies to achieve and negotiate the most optimal terms for my clients. When I'm not hustling for my clients, I enjoy time off trail running, and being outdoors and active in our PNW sunshine!
