About Joshua

Raised in Southern Oregon, I spent much of my childhood around construction sites as my family renovated and flipped homes. Some of my favorite memories are of playing hide-and-go-seek in freshly framed houses. Looking back, it’s no surprise I found my way into real estate. Today, Southern Oregon is still home. It’s where I’m raising my family, where my two children attend Ashland High School, and where I have the privilege of helping others find a place to call home. I’ve personally bought, sold, and developed residential, commercial, and raw land properties. I’ve also been on both sides of the table, experiencing the excitement, uncertainty, and important decisions that come with buying and selling real estate. Those experiences continue to shape the way I work today. I believe people deserve honest guidance, clear communication, and the confidence that comes from making informed decisions with someone who genuinely has their best interests at heart.
