About Joseph A.

Drew Shane is a real estate professional and commercial loan broker based in Bend, Oregon, with over 13 years of experience helping clients navigate real estate transactions and investment opportunities. Throughout his career, he has focused on guiding clients through important decisions while creating strategies that help them achieve their real estate and investment goals. Originally drawn to Bend for its incredible outdoor lifestyle, Drew is deeply passionate about fly fishing and spends as much time as possible exploring rivers throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. That sense of exploration and curiosity shapes both his personal life and the way he approaches business. By combining real estate brokerage with commercial lending through Access 2 Capital, Drew brings a broader perspective to every opportunity. His work centers around helping people, thinking creatively, and finding innovative solutions—whether that means selling a home, acquiring an investment property, or securing the right financing to move a project forward.
