John Bacon is a native Oregonian who has lived in nearly every corner of the state at one time or another. He was born in Southern Oregon and after graduating from High School he moved to Eugene Oregon where he attended the University of Oregon where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance.Upon graduating he moved to the Portland Metro area where he jointly owned and operated a construction company and was a member of The Portland Metro Home Builders Association. In 2003 he obtained his Real Estate License and joined the National Association and Portland Metro Association of Realtors. John quickly grew into the go to Real Estate Broker for land and residential real estate and built his clientele rapidly as a down to earth knowledgeable Realtor who always put the interests of others first. This common sense approach and his ability to negotiate sales from a point of market knowledge allowed John to grow his real estate business in less than 3 years into a Mega Agent office with a Team of 5 who share his philosophy of always putting the client first.As the markets have shifted John has kept up with the latest news and information about the current housing market and the equity position many of today's homeowners have found themselves. His continuing education and experience has put him in a unique position to help him help clients who need to negotiate not only with another party on a purchase or sale but many times with lenders who may be owed more than the outstanding balance that is owed them on a mortgaged property.John's education and experience, as well as the professional designations have become invaluable.
