About Chris
I grew up around real estate long before I ever held a license. From the back seat of the car, I listened as my parents talked through transactions—overhearing potential problems, navigating tough conversations, and finding solutions to issues others believed were deal breakers. I watched them earn trust by staying calm under pressure and doing the right thing, no matter how challenging the situation. To me, they were the ultimate problem solvers, and those early experiences shaped the way I approach real estate today. I also learned early on that serving clients often means going above and beyond—sometimes literally. Whether that meant hauling debris out of a crawl space in garbage bags or stepping in wherever help was needed, I saw firsthand that real estate isn’t always glamorous, but it is always about service. While attending college, I decided it couldn’t wait and earned my real estate license in May of 2014 at the age of 20. Today, I’m grateful to be living out the dream I had as a young kid—following in my parents’ footsteps by helping first-time buyers make their biggest investment, supporting families as they grow out of one home and into the next, and being a steady presence for clients navigating more difficult chapters of life. These moments require empathy, patience, and clarity, and I take that responsibility seriously as we strive to educate, inform, and guide our clients every step of the way. Today, I help lead the brokerage my parents founded in 2012, which has grown to include over 50 agents across Oregon. In addition, I opened an office in Washington State to better serve clients and agents who live, work, and move on both sides of the Columbia River. This expansion allows us to provide seamless guidance and consistent support for cross-state moves and transactions. I work alongside an incredible team at Equity Oregon Real Estate and Equity Washington Real Estate, including my partner in life and in real estate, Kayla Linscott who earned her license in 2024. Together, we’re committed to thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and unwavering support at every stage of the process. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me on the golf course, watching or playing hockey, or enjoying time with the people and pets who matter most. At the core of everything I do is the lesson I learned growing up: we do the right thing, for the right reason.
