About Cathi

I have lived in Salem all of my life, and graduated from McKay High School. I attended Western Oregon University and received a bachelor's degree in education. After staying at home with my four children until they reached school age, I started substitute teaching for Salem-Keizer school district. Having done that for about 15 years, until my children graduated high school, I decided it was time pursue a new career. After selling and purchasing multiple homes myself over the years, I now have rentals and have taken on a major remodel. Getting to experience real estate from the clients side has really taught me a lot. It has given me a different perspective that really helps me connect with my buyers and sellers. I can really relate and empathize with the major decision making that comes with buying and selling houses. Through years of teaching I have learned to adapt to all kinds of situations, multi-task, and sometimes just add some humor, in order to have success. I want to help people achieve their goals and enjoy the experience that goes with that. I want the real estate experience for my clients to be rewarding. I want them to know I care and will be there to support them. In my spare time, not sure when that is, I love spending time with my family. I have four children and 8 grand babies! As a family we try to spend as much time together as possible. Whether that be camping, boating, or just a family BBQ enjoying each other's company.
