My name is Candace Dunn. I’m proud to be a native Oregonian and to call Portland my home town. I’m a licensed Realtor in Oregon. While some people would consider my career as sales based, I do not consider myself a saleswoman. I consider myself a consultant. A consultant is defined as “a person who provides expert advice professionally.” I use my experience, training, and continuing education on the laws and regulations of real estate to provide you with the best information available to make sure you make the best decision for you and your family. I get to know you on a personal level and help you reach your goals. Whether your goal is to purchase your first home, downsize, upsize, or relocate, I will be there every step of the way to make sure you’re confident in knowing you’re making the right choice. I will use my advanced marketing background when you sell your home to make sure you get maximum exposure and get top dollar for your home. When you’re purchasing a home, I don’t just take the list price at face value. I research area comps and based on the market make sure you’re getting the best value for your home. I will always be up front and honest about all situations, even if that means delivering not so great news. I pride myself on having open communication any day of the week. I understand that finding your perfect home or having questions arise while selling your home does not always happen during traditional days and hours.
