January 2016 For twenty seven years from 1988 to 2015 Bill managed one of the top real estate branch offices on Portland’s Westside. Bill has trained and managed hundreds of brand new agents many who have become the Top 10% in the company and others who have successfully started their own firms. Bill’s management philosophy is to work hardest on yourself and never stop learning, give more than you get, and good enough never is. Bill continues to work in the office he managed in which 27 of the current 55 agents have been with the company for more than 16 years and 26 are in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Bill sat on the Oregon Real Estate Forms Committee for many years serving as Chairman for one of the years. Bill has found the principals applied in management also apply to consumer direct sales.
