I believe in overcoming obstacles. As a 20+ year Breast Cancer Survivor, I’ve done just that—overcome challenges with resilience and faith. A proud Southern gal from Lake Charles, Louisiana, raised in Oklahoma, I am happily married for 24 years to my middle/high school sweetheart. Together, we’ve built a beautiful family, including our 12-year-old son, a 33-year-old bonus son, and honoring the memory of our baby girl, who was stillborn in 2012. As the Broker Agent Owner of UR Unique Home TEAM with Brix Realty, I bring over 17 years of experience as a licensed Realtor serving the State of Oklahoma. My passion lies in helping families—whether they are first-time home buyers, veterans, USDA buyers, or those relocating to Oklahoma City. I proudly serve buyers, sellers, and investors in the Metro OKC area and surrounding communities, including Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Norman, Del City, Midwest City, Choctaw, Shawnee, Edmond, and beyond. With 5 years of experience as a Loan Originator and expertise in creative financing, I’ve been instrumental in helping families achieve their dream of homeownership. Education is a cornerstone of my work. I’ve taught home-buying seminars for Neighborhood Housing Services and Community Action Agency, empowering clients with the knowledge to navigate their real estate journeys. This passion inspired me to launch my podcast, #NeighborhoodJamswithSunniPouncil, on January 1, 2019. Through the podcast and my growing YouTube channel, I educate the community on everything from real estate and credit to personal and business finances, property investments, health, and wealth. I also host quarterly brunches, bringing together industry experts to provide value-packed sessions for attendees.
