Misti Quiring is the Owner and Managing Broker of Living Stone Real Estate Co., bringing nearly a decade of real estate experience and more than 20 years of entrepreneurship and business ownership to the clients she serves. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Misti earned her Master’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship in 2017. She spent seven years in leadership with Keller Williams in Stillwater, Oklahoma, helping manage and grow the office while building her own successful real estate business. Today, she is a multimillion-dollar producer, licensed Managing Broker, brokerage owner, and licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Instructor. Misti’s passion for education extends beyond real estate. She has taught Professional Development and Career Readiness at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University and continually pursues education beyond industry requirements to better serve and advocate for her clients. Her entrepreneurial journey began at age 16 when she founded Double M Performance Horses. For more than two decades, she has been involved in the equine industry, breeding and raising quality timed-event and ranching prospects. Her background in business and agriculture gives her a unique perspective when working with residential, farm, ranch, land, commercial, and investment properties. Misti sets herself apart through creative, strategic marketing, meticulous attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and consistent communication. She takes an individualized approach to every client and property, developing strategies that highlight each property’s unique qualities and position it effectively in the marketplace. Misti is married to Mitch Quiring, owner of Double M Farrier Service, a successful business he has operated for more than 20 years. Mitch is also a licensed Realtor, and together they invest in real estate, giving them firsthand experience evaluating opportunities and navigating transactions from an investor’s perspective. At the foundation of Misti’s life and business is her Christian faith. She strives to lead and serve with honesty, integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others. For Misti, real estate is more than property—it is an opportunity to use her experience, education, and talents to serve people well, protect their interests, and help them confidently move into their next chapter.
