As a small-business owner and real estate investor with more than a decade of experience, B.J. understands real estate not only from an agent's perspective, but also from the perspective of an owner, buyer, seller, landlord, and investor. That experience helps B.J. look beyond the surface of a property and help clients consider the things that really matter—condition, value, improvements, marketability, investment potential, and the details that can affect a transaction. B.J. has deep roots in the Cushing area and has served his community in local government since 2017, including four years as Mayor. His years of public service and business ownership have reinforced his belief in showing up, working with people, solving problems, and following through. B.J. and his wife, Maria, have four children. When he isn't helping clients or working on one of his own real estate projects, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
