About Tim

Tim is a life long area resident. He grew up on the west side, graduating from Western Hills High School, followed by serving in the U.S. Army. Tim and his wife Lisa raised their three daughters on the west side. Working in construction for 30+ years, Tim became an award winning home builder and President of the Dearborn County Home Builders Association in Southeast Indiana. In 2013, he became a full time Realtor® earning the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence in 2015 and 2016. In 2016 He became an Ohio Board of Realtors President's Club member. Tim believes in an honest, straight forward approach, putting his clients needs above all others. His construction background provides an experts view of issues and can explain the issues that provide a comfort level for his clients.
