About 'Suede' aka Stephen Whitney

Suede grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, and attended The Fashion School at Kent State University. He went on to New York City to achieve great things, and launched many popular sportswear brands. In 2000, Suede was Kent State University’s youngest keynote commencement speaker, and he subsequently established a life time endowment scholarship for students attending KSU’s prestigious fashion school. He was inducted into KSU’s Fashion Hall of Fame in 2009. You may have caught Suede in 2008, on Bravo’s Project Runway, or in 2012, on Lifetime’s Project Runway All*Stars. In 2013, Suede launched an exclusive line with Joann Fabrics. Suede is now lending his sharp eye for style, color, and sophistication to the real estate market in Ohio and New York.
