As a Realtor with Cowan Realtors, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Van Wert, Lima, and surrounding communities. My approach to real estate is simple: listen carefully, communicate honestly, and make sure my clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. I bring more than 15 years of customer service and administrative experience to my real estate career, along with a background in property management and hands-on experience with residential construction. That experience has given me an appreciation for both the people and the details behind a home—from understanding what makes a house function well to recognizing the importance of communication, organization, and follow-through throughout a transaction. I believe every client’s situation is different. When I’m not working in real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and our five rescue dogs and cat.
