I’m Samantha, a Realtor with Howard Hanna serving buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Ohio. As a second-generation Realtor, real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, but my own business has been built around a straightforward approach - informed clients, thoughtful strategy, and genuine care. I work with buyers and sellers at all stages, from first-time buyers to homeowners navigating the transition between selling their current home and purchasing their next. I believe every client and every transaction deserves individual attention. My role is to provide clear guidance, honest advice, and a strong understanding of the local market so my clients can make confident and informed decisions throughout the process. Community involvement is also an important part of both my business and personal life. I’m proud to be involved in the communities I serve, support local businesses, and contribute to organizations and initiatives that make Northeast Ohio a better place to live. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring our parks with my dog, spending time with family and friends, and reading. My goal is to be a long-term resource for my clients, not simply their agent for one transaction. Whether someone is buying, selling, investing, or simply trying to better understand the market, I want them to have someone they trust to provide knowledgeable, tailored guidance.
