Maggie has worked in the Cincinnati relocation industry for the past 18 years. She is a licensed real estate professional in Ohio and Kentucky, and member of the Coldwell Banker West Shell team. Specializing in out-of-state / out-of-country relocations, experienced also in all types of real estate transactions. Maggie is on the board of the Greater Cincinnati Relocation Council and the member of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resource Association. Maggie truly enjoys meeting new clients, introducing them to our great city, and meeting all their relocation needs. Whether conducting a city tour, listing their home, selling them a home or attending to "settling in" needs, every situation is met with passion and enthusiasm. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail is why she is successful. Maggie started her professional career working in high-end hotels in various management roles for 12 years. Early on, the catch phrase "customer satisfaction is not enough - we want customer DELIGHT!" This became ingrained in her approach to her job and to her clients needs.
