Real estate isn’t simply my career. It’s a business I’ve been building my life around for years. My journey in real estate began as an investor, long before I became a REALTOR®. I have personally purchased, sold, renovated, and rented properties both in Ohio and out of state, giving me firsthand experience across virtually every aspect of residential real estate. Through those experiences, I’ve learned what it takes to evaluate a property, understand the numbers, identify opportunities, navigate renovations, manage rental properties, negotiate effectively, and make sound decisions throughout a transaction.
