I have 17 yrs of experience in custom home building. I owned my own company for 7 years and built many high end custom homes in central ohio. I built a million dollar home in the Parade of Homes at Pinnacle and won the most prestigious awards of People's Choice and Best house plan. I am able to use that experience to bring buyers and sellers together. I know the construction quality of a home, how to stage a home and what ideas can put more money in your pocket. I'm from Pickaway County and know it very well. I work out of the Grove City office . While the majority of my business is south of 270 from WCH to Lancaster and Cols to Chillicothe, I travel wherever the business takes me. I've sold cabins in Bainbridge, a home in Waverly, land in Delaware and a home close to Buckeye Lake. I have relationships with lenders, inspectors, all phases of construction repair, organizers and cleaning crews.
