I would be happy to provide you with a free report showing what homes have sold for in your neighborhood. From there we can discuss staging or even renovation ideas. Once your home is ready to list put it on the MLS which will feed it to all of the home search websites. This however is where most agents stop. So, how am I different from other agents? I have my Bachelor's degree in marketing and understand the importance of reaching as many people as possible. I will heavily promote your property, and any open house's that we have, on Facebook via paid advertising and through the Buy, Sell, Trade groups. Sometimes people aren't even looking for a home yet, but when they see the right one show up on their newsfeed it may cause them to make a decision they didn't even know they were ready to make.
