Kristin is a Miami University graduate from North Olmsted, Ohio (living in Cleveland currently), and serving Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina counties. Her diverse background includes new-home construction, land development, and old-home renovation resulting in thorough knowledge of the full spectrum of property types. Kristin is recognized for being unafraid to tackle complex real estate situations with homes of all price-points and conditions... with a smile! Her compassionate understanding of each client's specific needs ensures their buying or selling real estate experience will be a positive one. With that, her branding of "Real Estate Enlightened" began to take shape. While Kristin works with clients of all ages, she has acquired special training working with our senior population, and is backed by a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation with loads of resources to make the housing transition a breeze. Kristin carries that same passion for helping others into her personal life, honoring a green, zen lifestyle, focused on inclusion, volunteerism and the enlightenment of herself and humanity. Her ongoing commitment to the dementia awareness movement has landed her on the board of directors for the Alzheimer's Association Cleveland Area Chapter, and LIFE A Dementia Friendly Foundation.
