About Josh

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and my goal is to make the experience as exciting and stress-free as possible. As a REALTOR® with the Kara Kirkbride Group at Keller Williams Legacy Group, I'm committed to providing honest guidance, clear communication, and dedicated service from our first conversation to closing day. With more than 11 years of professional sales experience, I've built my career on listening to people, understanding their needs, and helping them make confident decisions. Those same skills allow me to negotiate on your behalf and ensure you always feel informed throughout the process. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers. I know buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but I'll be there to answer your questions, explain each step, and help you find a home that fits both your lifestyle and your budget. If you're selling, I'll work hard to market your home effectively and help you get the best possible outcome. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one, or simply exploring your options, I'd love the opportunity to earn your trust and help you achieve your real estate goals. Let's make your next move a great one!
