I’ve been in Real Estate since 1999 where I’ve enjoyed working with buyers and sellers in many types of markets. Sometimes it’s a Buyer’s market and sometimes it’s a Seller’s market but either way you need someone well informed to get you the best price on your transaction. I became interested in real estate by dabbling in investment property. I took the plunge to get a license and start selling because I thought I had a lot of ideas and insight on how I would want to be treated if I was a client. I took those ideas as well as everything I’ve learned along the way and created my Marketing Plan for selling homes and special Service Plan to help buyers find a home and get a mortgage. We recently combined forces Jim, Mindy Gibson and I to form The Home Team of CENTURY21 HomeStar. We are proud to be able to offer the finest service and best technology to get the job done! Real estate takes most of time and thoughts but I do enjoy getting outdoors, fishing, boating or just about anything else you can do in a State Park. My Son is in High School in Hilliard and is working hard to become an Eagle Scout. He also is my yard sign coordinator and Lock Box installer.
