About John

I’m John Ehman, better known as “Big John,” a real estate agent with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty serving Carrollton, Carroll County, and the surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. Before beginning my real estate career, I spent nearly 30 years as a truck driver. That experience taught me the value of hard work, honesty, clear communication, and doing what you say you’re going to do. Those are the same values I bring to every buyer and seller I work with. As a Carroll County resident and lifelong outdoorsman, I especially enjoy helping people buy and sell country homes, acreage, farms, hunting properties, building lots, and rural land. I also work with first-time buyers, veterans and military families, families relocating to Ohio, and homeowners preparing to sell. Real estate can feel overwhelming, but my job is to explain the process, answer your questions honestly, and help you make a decision that is right for you—not pressure you into one. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for a country property, or thinking about selling, call or text me at 207-745-1942. I’d be glad to help you find your place in the country.
