About Jennifer

I run a landscaping business that I created because I love flowers. I have flowers blooming every 2 weeks through spring, summer, and fall. I have a level of creativity that inspires others. I have always held the dream to become a real estate agent and the success of my landscaping business has given me the confidence to go for a long-held dream of working in real estate. What I lack in transactions, I make up for with my track record for guessing the path of a section of cities. I knew that the German Village was going to explode with gentrification back in 2012 when it was common to find one of the addresses going for $60-$95k. I believed that at that time I didn't have the means to purchase one of them, but regret not trying. The homes in the German village are now going for up to a million dollars. In 2005, I watched an apartment complex sell units out for 11-15k for 1 bedroom apartments. I knew that the neighborhood was bad but that there were hundreds of other complexes near by. Within 3 years those units were selling for 55-65k. I have been watching markets for years to see how they evolve. And I can imagine what a garden could look like for you and give you tips on plant care if you dont know anything about them in the home you buy...
