Jenny Luka is a Central Ohio Realtor who believes real estate should be less stressful, more straightforward, and maybe even a little fun. With 20 years of experience in marketing and branding, Jenny brings a unique perspective to selling homes — knowing how to position a property, make it stand out and negotiate with her clients’ best interests in mind. As a homeowner and real estate investor herself, she understands the buying and selling process firsthand, including the excitement (and occasional chaos!) that comes with purchasing, renovating and selling a home. Jenny works throughout Central Ohio, but Delaware County is her bread and butter — it’s where she lives, works, invests and knows the market best. She works with first-time buyers, sellers, move-up buyers and investors, and especially enjoys helping buyers who see potential in a home — whether that means finding a fixer-upper, building instant equity or taking on a renovation project. As an investor who has purchased, renovated and sold multiple properties herself, she knows that world firsthand. Her goal is simple: make the process as smooth as possible, be someone her clients can count on, and hopefully make a new friend along the way.
