About Jenne

I'm Jenne Haddox, Broker-Owner of Richfield Realty Group, the boutique brokerage I founded in Richfield, Ohio. I work with investors, buyers, sellers, and small-cap commercial clients across Summit, Cuyahoga, Medina, Stark, and Portage Counties — from Richfield, Hinckley, and Bath to Fairlawn, Akron, Brunswick, Medina, and Cleveland. Since getting licensed in 2018, I've closed 220+ on- and off-market transactions totaling over $43 million, and I became a licensed broker in 2023. I specialize in investor strategy — including multifamily and commercial investment property in Akron — and in helping longtime homeowners downsize or move up. Before real estate, I built my career as a marketing strategist and brand manager for Fortune 500 companies, and I bring that same planning and negotiation to every deal. As a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident, I know these neighborhoods, their values, and the mechanics of the houses in them.
