I am the Principal Broker of Planned Communities Realty Company and was Senior Vice President of Planned Communities, Inc. Founded by my grandfather in 1961, and later led by his son, my father, our company has a legacy rooted in dedication, innovation and growth. Over the last several decades, this company has developed many of the most cherished communities across Columbus. Since 2005, I proudly uphold these traditions of excellence and am committed to ensuring every transaction is guided with integrity and diligence. I have extensive experience in transactional real estate as well as commercial and residential land development. I was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and currently reside in Worthington with my wife, Amy, and our 3 children. I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, MLS, and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange. I sit on the Board of Governors for The Lakes Golf and Country Club and sat on the Board of Directors of the Morton Foundation/First Tee of Central Ohio for over 20 Years. I currently run Orty's Outing, which is a non-profit organization supporting youth of central Ohio. I am proud to have sold the most expensive home in Columbus in 2012. I am passionate about providing the best service and value for my clients, and I specialize in all aspects of real estate, from land development to luxury homes.
