Gaye Grace Ramstrom Gaye Grace Ramstrom brings 40 years of radio sales and management experience to her position at Coakley Real Estate Company LLC. She joined the full-service commercial and residential real estate firm upon its launch on April 3, 2007. Gaye oversees the sales, marketing and operations functions of Coakley Real Estate Company. She received her real estate license and became a Notary Public in 2005. She will be building the residential division while backing up Sandy Coakley in his commercial arena. Prior to joining the real estate firm, Gaye Grace Ramstrom enjoyed a successful career as a radio air-time salesperson on the local and national levels. She spent 25 years of her radio career with one employer (now Clear Channel). For 20 of those years, she was Director of National Sales for multiple stations, including WAKS, WGAR, WMMS, WMVX, WMJI, WTAM, WKDD, WTOU, WHLO and WHK. She also worked as a professional model and spokesperson for David and Lee Models in Cleveland for over ten years. Those years overlapped with teaching business subjects for five years on the high school level. Gaye Grace Ramstrom was Director of Sales, Marketing and Syndication Sales for Moonlight Groove Highway, a syndicated Rock program that formerly broadcasted live from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Since February 23, 2011, Gaye has been with ideastream at Idea Center in Playhouse Square as an underwriting account mananger for three Public Broadcasting stations: WVIZ/PBS * 90.3 WCPN * WCLV Classical 104.9.
