A Licensed Realtor working in the Central Ohio market since 1991 and 26 years have just flown by ! Way back at the time I first entered this business, I was also a full time career firefighter with the City of Upper Arlington. With the schedule of being on duty for 24 hours and then off duty for 48, I found it quite possible to sell a large number of properties as a Realtor/Firefighter! I averaged selling over 20 homes a year !! Having finished my career in the fire service in 1998, I have since worked as a full time Real Estate agent for the last 18 years, and I've enjoyed each opportunity to assist folks accomplish their objectives regarding real estate. Whether marketing homes (and vacant land) on behalf of Sellers, or assisting Buyers in making a sound choice, or assisting in the acquisiton of Commercial properties, I have counted it a privilege and an honor to help lots of people get where they need to be, by selling and marketing real estate all over the Central Ohio area! I believe that folks are best served by considering their entire financial picture as we discuss their real estate needs.
