He is also knowledgeable in commercial real estate with a specific emphasis on restaurant sales and leasing. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Eric transplanted to Cleveland when he attended John Carroll in 1996. After four years of studying marketing and experiencing the city, he decided that Cleveland would always be his home. Developing Northeast Ohio has become his passion, and this evident daily in his work with Citiroc.
