ABOUT ME Before a career in real estate, I helped manage my family's restaurants in Northwest Ohio. The food-service profession is definitely a "people" business. Not only did customers expect a great meal, but they also wanted to enjoy the restaurant's ambiance and service. Today, I apply the same mentality of excellent customer service to my real estate clients. Prompt communication, knowledge and understanding, and a positive attitude are all important keys to pleasing clients and fulfilling expectations.
