About Don

Don Petrasek has been involved in the Cleveland real estate market for over 30 years with experience as a real estate agent, mortgage broker and investor. He has a deep understanding of the market on the west side of Cleveland having owned properties in West Park, Lakewood, Fairview Park, North Olmsted and Westlake. Don has also designed software that helps investors and homeowners estimate home repair costs. The essence of the real estate business is helping people achieve their goals or solve a problem. Whether it's liquidating a property they no longer need or want or purchasing a property that matches their unique lifestyle or investment goals, Don’s focus is on helping as many people as he can, rather than on reaching a certain transaction volume level. Don believes that success comes by making a sincere effort to make someone’s life better, even if when it doesn’t result in a commission. Ultimately in life the more you give, the more you get. Don lives in Westlake with his wife and three high school/college age children and Ginger the family’s puggle. When he’s not helping a seller or buyer achieve their real estate goals, he enjoys spending time with his family on their boat in the Lake Erie Islands area. Born and raised in Rocky River and Westlake, Don attended St Edward High School, Cleveland State University (BBA) and Baldwin Wallace College (MBA). He is a proud Clevelander working to assure that the area continues to be a great place to live and work.
