I am a long time resident of Celina, Ohio, residing with fiancé, Kent Brock. A mother of three – my oldest daughter, Samantha Renea who lives in Appleton, Wisconsin with fiancé Austin. My middle son, Jacob Aaron lives in Celina with his girlfriend and our 6 month old granddaughter, Myla Jean. My youngest, Abbigale Alexis resides at home. Real Estate has been my career for nearly 20 years working as an office administrator, transaction/closing coordinator or better explained as the “paper pusher on the backend”. I was and still am the liaison between the client, agent, title company and the lender to achieve the ultimate goal of a successful closing for home buyers and sellers. In 2003 I began helping agents in my hometown as their personal assistants which peaked my interest and desire to seek out other real estate opportunities. I became a Virtual Assistant and gained clients from afar but in doing so, I made the decision to look into Real Estate classes. I attended Rhodes State College in Lima and completed the course work but had no desire at the time to sell, I only wanted to increase my knowledge in the field in order to better serve my clients. While at Rhodes, I shared that I was a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and my opportunities grew even more. I became the office admin for my class instructor who owned a Brokerage in both Lima, Ohio and Port St Lucie Florida – Van Horn Realty, Broker Ed Van Horn. I worked, remote, with Van Horn Realty thru 2017 when he made the decision to downsize and eventually retire from the business. Searching for a company similar to Van Horn Realty brings me to the now. In 2019 I took a position as the office admin for Muirfield Realty Group in Dublin, Ohio. In January of 2022, I was approached by the owner & agent of the company, Michael Tarpoff, with the idea of becoming licensed. I attended Hondros School of Business and received my Real Estate License in May of 2022. I continue to be the office support staff at Muirfield Realty Group all while marketing my hometown of Celina and surrounding areas to make “home sweet home” a possibility for others.
