Prior to being a Realtor I was in the Commercial Construction Industry. I spent 7 years building Nuclear Submarines for General Dynamics in Connecticut. I later moved into the building of Large Commercial Building Projects for 14 years on the East Coast, such as the two Largest Casinos (Foxwoods Resort and Mohegan Sun Resort) , Several Remodeling Projects at Yale University and Brown University as well as The University of Connecticut. Hotels, Hospitals and High Schools were also many other projects I put my expertise into. I gave all that up in 2002 and moved to Westerville, Ohio with my wife and two daughters and now dedicate my expertise to families looking to live in a well built home. My goal is to help families make educated decisions in regard to their real estate needs. I consult them on getting their homes ready for the market. I provide in depth reports on proper pricing and I negotiate the best possible deal that helps them move forward. While on the buying side, I seek to understand not only what they want in a home but why. By asking a lot of questions, I can help them find the best home for that next phase of home ownership. The relationship does not end at the closing. Over the years I stay in touch with my clients and provide information about the values of their home and the current market. This way they understand home their home as an investment is doing on the current market. All along the way, I try to make sure they enjoy the entire process of selling and buying real estate.
