About Alex

Alex Schafers is the founder and lead agent of The Schafers Group, the #1 RE/MAX team in Cincinnati. Alex specializes in everything from Cincinnati to the northern suburbs of Warren County—and everywhere in between, including Mason, Lebanon, and Loveland—serving buyers and sellers across all of Hamilton and Warren Counties. He is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. A Lebanon native, Alex knows Southwest Ohio because he’s from it—giving his clients the kind of on-the-ground neighborhood insight that data alone can’t provide. He originally trained to become a teacher, and that instinct to educate still defines his approach: he believes an informed client makes better decisions, so he leads with transparency and guidance rather than pressure. That approach has produced results. As the #1 individual RE/MAX agent in Cincinnati from 2020 to 2024, Alex has helped nearly 800 families buy and sell homes, representing more than $229 million in career sales. He founded The Schafers Group in 2025, and in its first year it became the region’s #1 RE/MAX team. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating across Greater Cincinnati, or preparing to sell, Alex pairs deep local knowledge with data-driven pricing and marketing strategy to deliver results—and the client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
