About Mary

I am an experienced real estate professional who is dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals! I have been licensed since 2008. I worked for a large corporation for the first 5 years of my career before opening my own brokerage in 2013. As the owner and broker of Hometown Realty, I continue to put my clients above all else. I have worked with many buyers and sellers throughout my career and continues to be a selling broker. From 2013- 2022 I managed several agents under me and had a brokerage in Minot and Bismarck ND. My agents had the same professionalism and ethical values and the clients we served in those years showed that. I spent MANY hours training them to care more about the clients that we served than the income we’d receive from a sale. Our motto was that if you did a good job in helping your clients, your reward was getting paid. So in essence, we got paid for doing something we love! In those years, I served on the Bismarck Mandan Board of Realtors from 2012-2019. I served on the Board of Directors from 2012-2015 and then moved to the Executive Board where I moved my way up to President in 2018. I also served on the Board of Directors, on many committees including, RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee), Professional Development, Government Affairs, Ethics Panels, Backpack Program, Ringing Bells for Salvation Army during the Christmas season, the United Way Day of Caring, and many others. During my Presidential year, I spearheaded the conversion from one MLS provider to the current MLS provider that we continue to use today. I was awarded the Realtor of The Year award for the Bismarck Mandan Board of Realtors in 2019 for my commitment to my profession and her clients. I also served on NDAR (North Dakota Association of Realtors) by serving on committees such as RPAC, Government Affairs, Professional Development and Ethics Panel. I also served on the NDAR Board of Directors and then moved up and served as NDAR President in 2021. I attended many State Conventions throughout the years and served on NAR (National Association of Realtors) committees and also attended the NAR Legislative Meetings in Washington DC several years in a row as well as attending the NAR Conventions in many different locations around the country. I know the importance of staying educated to serve my clients well so I'm always taking continuing education classes. Let me go to work for you today and show you that I'm more than just a REALTOR!
